Disinformation Pandemic

A semester-long university course on disinformation that I designed and taught at the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University. Students learn to critically analyse media content, understand how disinformation spreads, and communicate about it with empathy including with people who believe it.
The course combines theory (media and information literacy, the psychology of persuasion) with hands-on analyses of real disinformation campaigns. Teaching is built on active student work: analyses, discussions, simulations and individual projects.
